MEDIA MIDWEST SHIPPING POLICY

Effective Date: August 1, 2026

1. GENERAL SHIPPING TERMS

Media Midwest (“Media Midwest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides shipping for eligible physical products purchased through our website, online store, or other authorized sales channels.

By placing an order that requires shipment, the customer (“you” or “your”) acknowledge and agree to the terms contained within this Shipping Policy.

Shipping availability, delivery timeframes, shipping methods, and associated charges may vary depending upon the product, destination, order volume, production requirements, carrier availability, and other logistical circumstances.

2. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed after successful payment has been received and the order has entered the applicable production or fulfillment process.

Custom products may require additional processing time because they may be designed, reviewed, manufactured, printed, cut, assembled, packaged, or otherwise prepared specifically for the customer.

Processing time is separate from transit time.

An order should not be considered shipped merely because payment has been completed.

3. CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Custom products may require additional production time before they are eligible for shipment.

This may include, without limitation:

  • Custom decals

  • Vehicle graphics

  • Custom vinyl products

  • Custom license plates

  • Custom names or lettering

  • Personalized merchandise

  • Custom apparel

  • Custom-designed products

  • Specialty graphics

  • Other made-to-order products

Estimated production or fulfillment periods are not guaranteed unless Media Midwest expressly provides a guaranteed timeframe in writing.

4. SHIPPING METHODS

Media Midwest may utilize one or more shipping methods or delivery providers depending upon the nature of the order.

Shipping methods may include standard shipping, expedited shipping, priority shipping, local delivery, pickup, or other available fulfillment methods.

Media Midwest reserves the right to select an appropriate carrier or shipping method unless a specific method has been expressly agreed upon in writing.

5. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated based upon applicable factors, which may include package dimensions, weight, destination, shipping method, carrier rates, packaging requirements, insurance, handling, and other fulfillment expenses.

The shipping amount displayed or communicated at checkout represents the shipping and handling cost applicable to the order at the time of purchase.

6. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

All shipping charges are non-refundable unless Media Midwest expressly determines otherwise in writing.

If an order is cancelled, refused, returned, undeliverable, abandoned, incorrectly addressed, or otherwise unable to be completed, the original shipping charge may remain non-refundable.

Where a replacement or remake is approved, the customer may be responsible for all applicable shipping charges associated with the replacement shipment.

7. NO REFUNDS FOR SHIPPING DELAYS

Media Midwest does not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless a guaranteed delivery arrangement has been expressly confirmed in writing.

Carrier delays, transportation interruptions, weather, holidays, operational disruptions, incorrect routing, customs processing, address issues, and other circumstances outside Media Midwest’s direct control do not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

8. SHIPPING ESTIMATES

Any shipping timeframe provided by Media Midwest is an estimate unless expressly identified as a guaranteed delivery commitment.

Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience and may change without notice due to circumstances beyond Media Midwest’s reasonable control.

Customers should account for potential delays when placing time-sensitive orders.

9. TRACKING INFORMATION

Media Midwest is not required to provide tracking numbers to buyers or customers.

Depending upon the shipping method, carrier, order type, fulfillment process, or operational circumstances, a tracking number may or may not be generated.

The absence of a tracking number does not, by itself, constitute a failure to fulfill an order.

Where tracking information is available and Media Midwest elects to provide it, such information is provided as a convenience and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of delivery.

10. TRACKING NUMBER AVAILABILITY

Certain shipments may not generate publicly accessible tracking information.

This may occur with certain postal services, local delivery methods, third-party fulfillment services, economy shipping methods, replacement shipments, or other logistical arrangements.

Customers agree that Media Midwest may fulfill an order without providing a tracking number.

11. CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY

Once an order has been properly packaged and transferred to the applicable carrier or delivery provider, portions of the transportation process may fall outside Media Midwest’s direct control.

Carrier delays, routing decisions, delivery attempts, scanning errors, facility interruptions, and other transportation-related circumstances may be governed by the carrier's procedures.

Media Midwest does not control the internal operations of third-party shipping carriers.

12. DELIVERY ESTIMATES ARE NOT GUARANTEES

Shipping estimates do not constitute a contractual guarantee of delivery by a particular date or time.

Customers placing orders for events, shows, birthdays, holidays, travel, installations, competitions, or other time-sensitive occasions assume responsibility for allowing sufficient processing and transit time.

Failure to receive an item before a customer's personal deadline does not automatically establish grounds for a refund.

13. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.

Customers should verify:

  • Name

  • Street address

  • Apartment or unit number

  • City

  • State

  • ZIP or postal code

  • Country, where applicable

  • Any other required delivery information

Media Midwest is not responsible for delivery problems caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or improperly entered shipping information.

14. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

If an order is shipped to an address incorrectly supplied by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any resulting:

  • Reshipping costs

  • Return shipping charges

  • Carrier fees

  • Address correction fees

  • Additional packaging costs

  • Replacement costs

  • Other applicable fulfillment expenses

Any replacement shipment may require payment of applicable shipping charges before the replacement is dispatched.

15. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

A package may be considered undeliverable when the carrier is unable to complete delivery because of an incorrect address, insufficient address information, repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal, abandonment, or another delivery-related circumstance.

Media Midwest may determine the appropriate disposition of an undeliverable shipment.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the product must be reshipped.

16. REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If a customer refuses delivery of an order, the refusal does not automatically constitute an approved cancellation or return.

The customer may remain responsible for the original shipping charges, return transportation costs, carrier fees, and any applicable replacement or reshipment costs.

Custom or personalized products may remain subject to the applicable custom-product terms and may not be eligible for return or refund.

17. LOST SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is reported as lost, Media Midwest may investigate the circumstances with the applicable carrier or fulfillment provider.

A replacement or other resolution is not guaranteed and may depend upon the circumstances of the shipment, available carrier information, product type, order status, and other relevant factors.

The absence of a tracking number does not independently establish that an order was lost.

18. STOLEN OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES

Media Midwest is not responsible for theft, unauthorized removal, porch theft, package interception, or other loss occurring after delivery to the address supplied by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location when possible.

If a carrier indicates that an order was delivered but the customer cannot locate the package, the customer may be required to contact the carrier or local delivery service directly.

19. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Customers should inspect packages promptly after delivery.

If a product arrives visibly damaged, customers should preserve the original packaging and product condition whenever reasonably possible and contact Media Midwest with relevant documentation.

Photographs or other evidence may be requested to evaluate a shipping-damage claim.

20. DAMAGE CAUSED AFTER DELIVERY

Media Midwest is not responsible for damage occurring after delivery due to improper handling, installation, storage, modification, environmental exposure, misuse, accidents, or other circumstances outside Media Midwest’s control.

This is particularly applicable to decals, vinyl products, apparel, merchandise, vehicle accessories, and other products requiring customer handling or installation.

21. CUSTOM DECAL SHIPPING

Custom decals and vehicle graphics may be shipped rolled, folded, packaged, or otherwise prepared according to the material and dimensions of the product.

Customers are responsible for properly storing and handling decals after delivery.

Shipping damage claims must be reported promptly and may require photographs of the package and product.

22. LOCAL PICKUP

Certain products may be eligible for local pickup if Media Midwest expressly offers that option. Products designated for pickup are not considered shipped.

Customers selecting local pickup are responsible for arranging pickup within the applicable timeframe communicated by Media Midwest.

23. LOCAL DELIVERY

Media Midwest may, at its discretion, offer local delivery.

Local delivery availability, pricing, scheduling, and service areas may vary.

Local delivery is subject to scheduling availability and may require additional fees.

24. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping may not be available for all products.

Where international shipping is offered, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage charges, tariffs, or other governmental or carrier-imposed expenses.

Media Midwest is not responsible for fees assessed by foreign governments or international carriers.

25. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DELAYS

International orders may be delayed by customs inspections, import procedures, documentation requirements, or other governmental processes.

Such delays are outside Media Midwest’s direct control and do not automatically qualify the customer for a refund.

26. MULTIPLE-ITEM ORDERS

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped together or separately at Media Midwest’s discretion.

Products with different production times may not necessarily arrive simultaneously.

Separate shipments do not automatically create additional customer rights to refunds or compensation.

27. BACKORDERS AND FULFILLMENT DELAYS

If an item becomes temporarily unavailable, experiences a production delay, or requires additional fulfillment time, Media Midwest may delay shipment until the applicable product becomes available.

Customers may be notified when circumstances materially affect fulfillment, but Media Midwest does not guarantee that every operational delay will result in an individual notification.

28. SHIPPING INSURANCE

Where shipping insurance is purchased or included, claims may be subject to the terms, limitations, documentation requirements, deadlines, and procedures of the applicable carrier or insurance provider.

Media Midwest does not guarantee the approval of a carrier or insurance claim.

29. SHIPPING CLAIMS

Customers should report apparent shipping damage, missing merchandise, or significant delivery issues as soon as reasonably possible.

Media Midwest may request photographs, packaging documentation, order information, delivery information, or other evidence necessary to evaluate the matter.

Submitting a claim does not guarantee a refund, replacement, or other remedy.

30. NO AUTOMATIC REFUNDS

Shipping problems do not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

Refund eligibility, replacement eligibility, or other remedies remain subject to Media Midwest’s applicable policies, the nature of the product, the circumstances involved, and any applicable written agreement.

Shipping charges remain non-refundable unless Media Midwest expressly authorizes otherwise.

31. REPLACEMENT SHIPMENTS

If Media Midwest approves a replacement shipment, the replacement may be shipped using a method selected by Media Midwest.

Customers may be required to pay applicable shipping charges when the replacement is necessitated by circumstances attributable to the customer, including incorrect addresses, improper handling, installation damage, refused delivery, or other customer-controlled circumstances.

32. RETURNED PACKAGES

Products returned to Media Midwest because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, failed delivery attempt, or other customer-related circumstance may be subject to additional shipping or handling charges.

A returned package does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Custom products may be subject to the separate terms governing custom merchandise and personalized orders.

33. HOLIDAYS AND SEASONAL DELAYS

Shipping and fulfillment times may increase during holidays, major sales periods, event seasons, carrier peak periods, severe weather, or other periods of elevated demand.

Customers are responsible for considering potential seasonal delays when ordering.

34. WEATHER AND UNFORESEEN EVENTS

Media Midwest is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, carrier closures, labor disruptions, governmental actions, infrastructure failures, emergencies, or other force majeure events.

Such circumstances do not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

35. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY AFTER DELIVERY

Once a product has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, responsibility for secure storage, handling, installation, and use transfers to the customer, subject to any applicable warranty or written agreement.

Customers should promptly inspect their orders upon receipt.

36. SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY INTERACTION

This Shipping Policy should be read together with the Media Midwest Return & Refund Policy and Terms of Service.

Where a conflict exists, the applicable written agreement or specific product terms may govern to the extent permitted by applicable law.

37. NO GUARANTEE OF CARRIER PERFORMANCE

Media Midwest does not guarantee the performance, speed, reliability, scanning practices, routing decisions, or delivery practices of any third-party shipping carrier.

Carrier performance is outside Media Midwest’s direct operational control.

38. THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT

Certain products may be fulfilled, manufactured, packaged, or shipped through third-party providers.

Where applicable, fulfillment may be subject to the operational limitations of those providers.

Media Midwest remains the seller of the applicable product where the transaction is processed through Media Midwest, but may rely upon third parties for logistical fulfillment.

39. SHIPPING COMMUNICATIONS

Media Midwest may communicate shipping or fulfillment information through email, website notifications, customer messages, order updates, or other available communication methods.

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information associated with their order.

Failure to receive an optional shipping notification does not automatically invalidate an order or create a refund entitlement.

40. NO TRACKING DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENT

For avoidance of doubt, Media Midwest does not have an obligation to disclose, publish, or separately provide a tracking number to a buyer unless Media Midwest expressly chooses to do so or applicable law requires otherwise.

Customers agree that shipping fulfillment may occur without the disclosure of tracking information.

41. SHIPPING RECORDS

Media Midwest may retain internal shipping, fulfillment, order, carrier, and delivery records for administrative, accounting, customer-service, legal, or operational purposes.

Internal shipping records may not necessarily be provided to customers upon request.

42. SHIPPING FEES FOR CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders may require shipping charges based upon the final dimensions, weight, packaging requirements, or destination of the completed product.

If shipping costs materially differ from an initial estimate, Media Midwest may communicate the revised amount before shipment where appropriate.

43. ABANDONED OR UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS

A shipment that remains unclaimed, refused, or otherwise abandoned may be handled at Media Midwest’s discretion.

The customer may remain responsible for applicable shipping, storage, return, disposal, or replacement expenses.

Abandonment does not automatically create a refund right.

44. ORDER CANCELLATION AND SHIPPING

If an order is cancelled after shipment has commenced, shipping charges may remain non-refundable.

Orders that have already entered production, fulfillment, packaging, or shipment may also be subject to the applicable cancellation and custom-product restrictions.

45. SHIPPING COSTS FOR REMAKES

When a customer requests or causes a remake, replacement, or reshipment, the customer may be responsible for applicable shipping charges.

This includes circumstances involving customer-approved designs, incorrect customer information, installation errors, damage caused by the customer, or other customer-attributable circumstances.

46. SHIPPING TO BUSINESS ADDRESSES

Customers shipping to businesses, commercial properties, warehouses, shops, apartment complexes, or other locations are responsible for providing complete delivery instructions.

Media Midwest is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incomplete business information or internal receiving procedures.

47. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

A carrier's delivery confirmation, delivery scan, signature record, or other available delivery evidence may be considered evidence that an order was delivered.

Where applicable, customers may be required to address delivery disputes directly with the carrier.

48. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

Media Midwest reserves the right to modify, amend, replace, or update this Shipping Policy at any time.

Changes may become effective when posted to the website unless a different effective date is specified.

Customers are encouraged to review the current policy before placing future orders.

49. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By placing an order requiring shipment, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Media Midwest is not responsible for carrier delays outside its reasonable control.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
